This is a unique opportunity to reach out to the Earth and space science community and to have direct, impactful and high-quality exposure to leading and upcoming scientists from around the world, especially since 2019 marks the 100th anniversary of IUGG.

 

We encourage exhibitors to be innovative: video presentations, giveaways, competitions, stand design and creative signage are ways to improve the appeal of your branding!

The standard space measures are 10 feet x 10 feet (9 sq. m.).

EXHIBITION AREA:

  • The Exhibit Area is located on Level 200 – by the Registration Area
  • Visit our supporting Exhibitors at their booths and discover who they are
  • Poster Sessions will be held in the Exhibit Area.  View the Poster Session schedule.
  • Schedule to be added at a later date
  • The Exhibit Area offers participants to meet our supporting exhibitors and sponsors. 
    This area will have free WiFi in networking areas where participants can connect with others in person or on-line
  • Coffee Break stations will be set-up in the Exhibition Area
  •  Seating area will be available in the Exhibit Area

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, the IUGG shall retain the following percentages, based on the timeline below:

Before February 1, 2019: 50% of contract value retained by organizers.

After February 1, 2019: 100% of contract value retained by organizers.

 

Cancellation must be done in writing to the exhibition coordinator.
